Context on D4vd

This Houston-born musician had been issued a violation in the Los Angeles neighborhood just less than two weeks before Rivas was found in the vehicle, after overstaying the 72-hour parking limit. Residents in the Hollywood Hills mentioned that the Tesla had been stationed in the vicinity for several weeks.

Celeste's sibling revealed that the household was aware that Rivas was acquainted with the artist and that she was traveling to see a movie with him just before she disappeared.
